Details: Edward Eades, assigned to Col Dumaresq, brought before the Bench with a letter stating that he had been for some time afflicted with a complaint in his eyes, which rendered him nearly blind and that he has been some time under the care of the Colonial Surgeon at Newcastle, but is still quite unfit for any kind of labour and requesting taht he may be returned to Government. The Bench direct that he shall be forwarded to the nearest road party
