Details: Ann Turner per Forth, George Buckton per York assigned to William Sparke. Charged with disorderly conduct....Edward Sparke testified...On Monday last Mr. William Spark went up the River and left his house in my charge having occasion to lend a friend a saddle. The female prisoner interfered and after the saddle had gone she told me the saddle should not have been lent. She abused me in the most violent manner using the vilest language. Called me bad names and saying I was drunk. William Spark told me on Tuesday morning that he had sent the prisoner to the watch house in charge of the prisoner Buckton. I told the female prisoner that if I was her master I could send her to the watch house at once. She replied that she did not care a dam for any master in the colony all that you can do to me is to send me . Sentenced to fourteen days to the cells.
