Captain O Hagan of Newcastle brought out to Sydney a fine brig called the Rose of Australia. He sailed from Leith on 6th March and made a fair run. The brig is the joint property of Dr. Bowker and Captain O Hagan, and is intended for the colonial trade. She was built by Messrs. Giddie and Lamb of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and is classed for eight years. This is her first voyage
