Henry Munns per Portland, assigned to Edward Sparke, charged with being at large without a pass. Constable James Hannell testified.....On Saturday night last between eleven and twelve Constable Anthony and myself met the prisoner at Throsby Creek. He had no pass or authority to be there at that time of night. He had in his possession two bags containing three loaves and a quantity of tobacco, some soap and some cheese and a bag containing thriteen shillings and one penny in money. Prisoner remanded
