Sailed from London with convicts for NSW. The Captain had orders (unless he should receive contrary directions from the owner) to go afterwards to NZ and take in spars and then proceed to South America. The Brampton arrived in Port Jackson 23rd April 1823 and left 23rd July. Detained there some time in consequence of some of the crew being imprisoned

The male convicts that came by the Brampton landed on previous Monday morning. Inspected by the Governor in the forenoon and they were afterwardss distributed throughout the Colony. Healthy appearance

Departed London 28th July; sailed from Cove of Cork 8th november; and from the Cape 20th Feb from whence she brought 11 convicts. Arrived Port Jackson 22 April with 183 convicts. Captain Moore.
