William Henry Peppercorne, one thousand nine hundred and twenty acres, parish of Stockton; commencing at the southwest corner of a crown reserve; and bounded on the north by its south boundary line, bearing east by compass 179 chains; on the part of the east by a south line by compass 92 chains and 50 links, to the ne corner of Beveridge's farm; on part of the south by its north boundary line;......and on the west by the River Hunter. Promised by Sir Ralph Darling on 14th January, 1829 and posssession given on 29th June 1829 as a primary grant. Quit rent 16 pounds per annum
