Details: William Harris per ship Planter, assigned to Col. Henry Dumaresq, charged with neglect of duty. John Marra states - I am sheep overseer to Col. Dumaresq and the prisoner is employed as a watchman; and was ordered to shift his folds every day; yesterday morning I discovered he had not shifted them on Sunday. This is the third time he has not shifted his folds according to orders. The Bench finds the prisoner guilty and sentence him to receive 25 lashes
