Details: The Estate of Farley. 63 farms for sale by public auction at Farley Homestead on 16th January. The estate is situated about one mile and a half from the Long Bridge at West Maitland and has a large frontage to Wallis Creek. The land is principally rich alluvial soil with patches of upland and forest throughout affording beautiful spots for homesteads. The Homestead in Lot 22 comprises the Dwelling house containing eleven large rooms, with Cellars under ground floor, large yard with extensive stores, stables, granaries, servants apartments and every requisite for a large farming establisment; and the whole of the land is enclosed and under cultivation, leased to a respectable tenant. The Estate is bounded by the properties of Messrs Bloomfield and Wentworth with Ravensfield (Dr. Radford's well known grant) on the west.
