SHIP NEWS.-On Thursday arrived the ship Shipley, Capt. Moncrieff, from England, whence she sailed the 18th of December, with 125 male prisoners, all of whom have arrived in good health ; and the 46th Regt. receives an addition of 30 non-commissioned officers and privates, under the orders of Lieut. Macpherson.- Passengers, James Williamson, Esq. and Mr. Smith and Family.-She touched no where on the passage, and came through Bass's Straits.
